| With the start-up of Pre-Ack Advance processing now underway and with the delayed official IRS announcement regarding the opening date for Federal Individual 1040 e-Filing, Partner Support will be adjusting our Filing Season Partner Support Schedule to ensure we are able to provide optimal support levels to you during the opening week of the 2022 filing season.
Effective Tomorrow, Thursday, January 6, the Partner Support Hours* are as follows:
- Monday – Friday: Open at 7:00 AM and Closed at 7:00 PM PT
- Saturday: No Change – Open 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Sunday: No Change – Closed
As soon as the IRS announces the official start date, Partner Support will share that information with you and adjust our Support Schedule accordingly.
Other Schedule Changes:
- Due to the Emancipation Day holiday falling on Saturday, April 16 this year, the filing deadline will be on Monday, April 18. We will be open the preceding Saturday, April 16 and have extended hours on Monday, April 18.
