| With the initial 2 weeks of peak activity associated with the opening of 1040 e-File behind us, Partner Support will transition to Phase 3 of our 2023 Filing Season Support Hours schedule.
Beginning this Monday, February 6 and effective thru Monday, April 17, Partner Support Filing Season Hours will change to 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT (Monday-Friday). We will remain open on Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT thru April 15 and are closed on Sundays.
Partners can view our Support Hours schedule on the Resource Center > Home Page. To access the Resource Center, most partners can simply go the Work in Progress (WIP) screen and click on the Web Site Tab (or bookmark our Resource Center address: https://resourcecenter.erosupport.com/.
