| With the start-up of Pre-Ack Advance processing approaching next week, Partner Support will transition to our 2023 Filing Season Support Hours schedule beginning Monday, Jan 2.
Note: We will be open during our regular hours of 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT this Friday, Dec 30 and closed this weekend.
Effective Monday, January 2 thru Friday, January 20, our Partner Support hours are as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Sunday: Closed

Once the IRS officially announces the 2023 Tax Season – Individual 1040 e-File start date, Partner Support will share that information with you and adjust our schedule again to ensure we are providing optimal support levels during the opening week.
Partners can view our Support Hours schedule on the Resource Center > Home Page. To access the Resource Center, most partners can simply go the Work in Progress (WIP) screen and click on the Web Site Tab (or bookmark our Resource Center address: https://resourcecenter.erosupport.com.
