| With the official opening of 1040 e-File on Monday, January 23, Partner Support will transition to Phase 2 of our 2023 Filing Season Support Hours schedule.
We will be open this Sunday, January 22 and effective Monday, January 23 thru Friday, February 3, our Partner Support hours are as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Sunday – January 22 ONLY: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Partners can view our Support Hours schedule on the Resource Center > Home Page. To access the Resource Center, most partners can simply go the Work in Progress (WIP) screen and click on the Web Site Tab (or bookmark our Resource Center address: https://resourcecenter.erosupport.com/.
